Not at all. You do not need to be a writer, only open to exploring. The prompts are simple and guided to help you connect with yourself in honest, gentle ways.
Where does the program take place?
Coaching sessions are held privately on Zoom personalized just for you.
You’ll purchase and access the program inside my Skool community, The Self-Love Scribe Women’s Circle, where you’ll also find optional community resources, prompts, and a space for connection.
What if I fall behind or can’t do every week?
There is no such thing as behind. You will have lifetime access to all materials and can move at your own pace. This journey flows with your life, not against it.
How much time should I plan for each week?
Thirty to sixty minutes with the journal and reflection each week. Think presence, not pressure. Small moments create lasting change.
There is no rush here. Growth moves in its own time.
